Order cancellation
An order cancellation request will appear in the merchant’s dashboard when a customer requests it.
And the seller can take action. Their decision will be based on whether or not the cancellation request is valid, and if it is invalid, the merchant can decline the cancellation request.

NOTE: Admin can approve the cancellation only if still the merchant has taken no action when vendor gets paid directly.
