Vendor Verification System

This feature has been highly requested by our customers. Its implementation will significantly enhance your marketplace’s ability to mitigate fraud and instill confidence among buyers. A shiny verified badge will be displayed on the side of the vendor name on the marketplace, customers will easily identify which vendors have undergone verification, further enhancing trust and reliability.

FRONT-END

Vendors can upload the required documents from the profile page and the admin will see the request on the admin dashboard.

When a vendor uploads documents to verify you’ll see the PENDING VERIFICATIONS box with the number of requests.

Click over the symbol will get you to the pending verification control panel.

PENDING VERIFICATIONS

Click over the symbol to download the document and conduct a manual inspection. Once you are satisfied with the submitted documents, proceed by clicking on the VERIFY button to finalize the action. After completion, you may also utilize the delete button to remove the file, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your system.”
